The 2008 Annual Meeting will be held at the Omni in Richmond, Virginia. The conference rate is just $115 per night for single occupancy or $125 for double (plus tax). Our conference rate is available for three nights before and three nights after the conference, so you’ll want to spend some extra time enjoying all that Richmond and the surrounding area have to offer.

Hotel reservations must be made by Monday, November 17^th to guarantee the conference rate.  Hotel reservations placed after this date will be accepted on a space-available and rate-available basis.

Hotel reservations can be made on line by clicking here  or by calling Omni Hotels Central Reservations at 1-800-THE-OMNI (843-6664) or by calling the Hotel at 804-344-7000 and asking for the VACRAO group rate.  Reservations must be received on or before the cut-off date.

The registration fee for the VACRAO 2008 Annual Meeting is $135 (+$3.38 service fee). One-day registration for Monday only (does not include evening activities) or Tuesday only is $75 (+$1.88 service fee).  The deadline for on-line registration is  November 28.   (Full Conference registration on-site will be $150; Monday only, Tuesday only, and Guest registrations on-site will be $85.  All fees for on-site registration are due when registering.)

There is no charge for the First Corporate Member, and additional Corporate Members are $135 (+ $3.38 service fee).
